About this opportunity
The Dallas Area Rapid Transit Authority (DART) is soliciting bids for a multi-brochure holder publication order (Reference 2097237) consisting of four boxes of holder publications. This procurement, posted on April 11, 2026, with a deadline of April 15, 2026, requires bidders to register through the Bonfire platform to access complete project details and submit their responses via the in-browser BidTable. All bids must reflect FOB Destination shipping terms with freight costs included in the overall price, as DART does not accept FOB Origin or Prepay and Add arrangements. Delivery timing and rate are critical to this procurement, with the seller's failure to meet specified delivery schedules constituting grounds for rejection and default termination. Invoices must be submitted in triplicate to APInvoices@dart.org and include the purchase order number, item number, description, sizes, quantities, unit prices, and extended totals. Payment terms are Net 30, calculated from the later of invoice receipt or order receipt date, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
The procurement is governed by DART's standard Purchase Order Terms and Conditions, which require all vendors to comply with equal opportunity requirements, certify non-involvement with designated Foreign Terrorist Organizations, and confirm they do not boycott Israel. All pricing must include applicable federal, state, and local taxes; however, DART is exempt from Texas state and local sales and use taxes and will deduct such charges from invoices. The Authority reserves the right to terminate the order for default if the seller fails to perform within specified time periods or for convenience when deemed in DART's best interest. No specific set-asides, incumbent vendors, budget ranges, or award values are disclosed in the available documentation. Disputes arising from this procurement shall be resolved under Texas law with venue in Dallas County.

In such event, the Seller shall be liable for damages, including the excess cost of reprocuring similar supplies or services or completing construction; provided that, if (i) it is determined for any reason that the Seller was not in default, or (ii) the Seller's failure to perform is without his and his subcontractor's control, fault, or negligence, the termination shall be deemed to be a termination for convenience under paragraph 12.
