About this opportunity
The Dallas Area Rapid Transit Authority (DART) is soliciting bids for Holder Brush Ground (Contract #2098698) through a purchase order procurement process. This opportunity is posted by Dallas County, Texas, with a deadline for bid submission on April 20, 2026. While specific product details and quantities are restricted to registered bidders on the Bonfire platform, the procurement involves supplies or services related to brush ground maintenance or equipment. Bidders must register through Bonfire to access the complete project specifications, bid tables, and vendor response requirements. All bids must reflect FOB Destination shipping terms with freight costs included in the overall price, and DART does not accept FOB Origin or Prepay and Add arrangements. The delivery timeline is critical to this procurement, as DART emphasizes that time and rate of deliveries are essential to contract performance, with failure to meet specified delivery schedules constituting grounds for rejection and default termination by the Authority.
Vendors responding to this procurement must comply with all Dallas Area Rapid Transit Authority's standard purchase order terms and conditions, including equal opportunity requirements and certification of non-association with designated Foreign Terrorist Organizations. Additionally, all vendors must confirm they do not boycott Israel as a condition of bidding. Payment terms are Net 30 from the later of either invoice receipt or purchase order receipt, with invoices submitted in triplicate to APInvoices@dart.org and containing purchase order number, item number, description, sizes, quantities, unit prices, and extended totals. DART reserves the right to terminate the contract for default due to non-performance or for convenience in its best interest. The contract is governed by Texas law with venue in Dallas County. No specific budget range or award value is disclosed in the publicly available opportunity documentation.
