Hinged 9x9 white containers

The District of Columbia is seeking procurement for hinged 9x9 white containers through a state and local contract opportunity with identification number 66c85cda829eb5d869074364. This procurement was initially posted on February 24, 2014, with a final submission deadline of February 27, 2014. The contract appears to be focused on acquiring specific food service or packaging containers characterized by their 9x9 inch dimensions and white color with a hinged design. While limited details are provided in the available documentation, the brief description suggests this is a targeted procurement for standardized containment solutions, potentially for use across multiple government departments or facilities. The short timeframe between posting and submission indicates this was likely an expedited procurement process requiring rapid vendor response.

Given the limited information provided, specific details about set-aside designations, incumbent vendors, or precise budget ranges cannot be definitively confirmed. The procurement appears to be open to standard commercial vendors capable of supplying the specified container type. No explicit restrictions regarding disadvantaged business enterprise participation or small business preferences are evident from the available contract details. The procurement seems to be a straightforward product acquisition by the District of Columbia government, with an implied focus on standardized, functional food service or storage containers. Without additional context, the potential award value remains speculative, though the narrow specification suggests this is likely a relatively modest procurement focusing on specific, uniform container requirements.
