About this opportunity
The City of Philadelphia is soliciting quotes for Health AMS tablecloths, push-up balls, and bubbles with logos under a micro purchase requirements contract (B2727759), with quotes due August 20, 2026. The City will award the contract as a whole or by line item, whichever serves its best interest, to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. Sellers must quote all items to be eligible for award.
The scope includes serged closed-back table throws for 6-foot tables (88 by 130 inches, recycled polyester, available in 28 colors), 2 oz plastic bubble bottles (3.25 inches tall, 1.06 inches diameter, available in nine colors), and silicone push pop balls with 2.5-inch diameter (available in multiple colors). All items must bear the Health AMS logo.
The estimated contract value is less than $45,000. The contract term is 365 days from the effective date, with no renewal options. Pricing increases annually by the Consumer Price Index for All Urban Consumers (CPI-U) from January 1, 2020, to the most recently published CPI-U, rounded to the nearest one thousand dollars. Products must be delivered FOB Destination Point, and all prices must be net and exclusive of taxes. The City is exempt from federal excise, transportation taxes, and Pennsylvania Sales and Use Tax.
Vendors are required to submit quotes electronically through the PHLContracts platform and execute the Consent and Authorization Agreement prior to bid closing. Vendors must answer all questions regarding Local Business Entity certification status and enter unit costs for each item. An optional LGBTQ Applicant Data Form is available for vendors seeking to identify as LGBTQ Business Enterprises certified through the National LGBT Chamber of Commerce or the Independence Business Alliance. Quotes remain valid for 60 days from submission. Payment follows delivery and City approval of products via electronic deposit.
