Vendors may serve individual cities, counties, regions, multi-state areas, or nationally and should indicate their desired service territories in their responses. Pricing shall be submitted as discounts from price lists or catalogs, fixed prices, or combinations thereof with indefinite quantities. Vendors must submit electronic catalogs and price lists accompanying their proposals. If vendors provide website-based catalogs or price lists, only items and services falling within the defined scope of work may be sold or procured under the contract, with any out-of-scope items explicitly prohibited from coverage.
