The contract is a lump sum base bid with two deductive alternates for patio and outdoor bar configurations and eight designated unit prices for extra work including excavation, trench work, stone materials, brick repointing, masonry replacement, and roof repairs. Substantial completion is required within 270 days and final completion within 30 additional days from contract execution, with liquidated damages of $1,650 per calendar day for delays in substantial completion and $825 per calendar day for delays in final completion. Bidders must provide 5 percent bid security, 100 percent performance bond, and 100 percent payment bond. Award goes to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. Questions are due October 19, 2026 at 1:00 p.m. Bidders are encouraged to subcontract work to certified Small, Women-Owned, and Minority-Owned businesses and Disadvantaged Business Enterprises to the greatest extent possible.
