About this opportunity
The Dallas Area Rapid Transit Authority (DART) is issuing a purchase order solicitation through Dallas County, Texas (HANDLE 2098871) with a due date of May 30, 2026. While the specific goods or services are not detailed in the available documentation, this procurement is governed by DART's comprehensive Purchase Order Terms and Conditions. The solicitation requires all bids to reflect FOB Destination shipping terms with freight costs included in the overall price, and vendors must demonstrate their ability to meet specified delivery schedules and rates, as timely performance is deemed essential to the contract. Vendors are expected to warrant that supplied goods or services are of merchantable quality, suitable for intended use, and compliant with all specifications and technical requirements. Interested vendors must register on the BONFIRE platform to access complete project details and the bid table, where they will find specific deliverables, requirements, and response fields. Payment terms are established at Net 30 from invoice receipt or order receipt, whichever is later, with invoices submitted in triplicate to APInvoices@dart.org containing the purchase order number, item description, quantities, unit prices, and extended totals.
The solicitation documentation does not specify set-aside designations or restrictions limiting organizational types eligible to respond, nor does it reference incumbent vendors or specific technology integration requirements. However, all vendors must comply with standard contractual clauses addressing equal opportunity employment, conflict of interest prohibitions, and compliance with Texas law with venue in Dallas County, as well as certifications regarding terrorist organization affiliations and Israel boycott restrictions. DART retains termination rights for default based on failure to meet delivery obligations or other performance requirements, and also reserves the right to terminate for convenience with liability limited to payment for delivered supplies or completed services accepted prior to termination. The award value or budget range for this procurement is not disclosed in the available documentation, requiring vendors to access the complete solicitation details through the BONFIRE registration and bid table process.
