Pellston Public Schools in Emmet County, Michigan is requesting proposals for design-build air-conditioning installation in the high school gymnasium under an RFP with proposals due June 30, 2026 at 1:30 p.m., and a mandatory pre-bid meeting on June 23, 2026 at 1:30 p.m. at the District's Central Office in Pellston. The scope is design-build installation of rooftop cooling units, roof-structure reinforcement, ductwork installation, electrical power provisioning per Michigan code, integration with the existing heating-system controls, roofing and flashing repair, and operator training.
