About this opportunity
The County of Loudoun, Virginia is requesting bids on grounds maintenance services at multiple Parks, Recreation, and Community Services (PRCS) sites across the county under IFB format, with proposals due November 17, 2026. The procurement contemplates multiple contract awards across designated PRCS zones rather than a single countywide contract.
The scope encompasses grounds maintenance activities at various park and recreation facilities. Specific zone designations and pricing schedules are detailed in Attachment II; site maps are provided in Attachment III. The County strongly recommends on-site inspection of all locations where work will be performed. Failure to conduct site inspections will not relieve the successful bidder of its obligation to complete work at the awarded price, establishing that contractors must account for all site conditions in their bids.
The bid documents specify pricing terms, contract duration, and renewal options; these details are contained in the formal IFB attachments. No estimated total contract value, incumbent contractor, evaluation criteria, or specific timeline for questions, pre-bid meetings, or site visits is provided in the posted notice.
