The contract runs four years from September 1, 2026, through August 31, 2030, with no renewal options but a discretionary one-year extension available at HHSC's sole discretion. Historical spending for comparable services was $100,000 for the twelve-month period ending August 1, 2023, provided as a guideline only with no guaranteed volume or compensation. Pricing must be firm and fixed on the provided Exhibit C Pricing Sheet and may be adjusted annually at HHSC's discretion using Consumer Price Index or Federal Minimum Wage Rate formulas with supporting documentation.
