About this opportunity
The Dallas Area Rapid Transit Authority (DART) is soliciting bids for glass stationary side window film (Film 09-630-005) through this purchase order opportunity in Dallas County, Texas. This procurement targets the supply of window film products with specific technical specifications to be detailed in the project bid table accessible through the BONFIRE registration system. The solicitation was posted on April 20, 2026, with a bid due date of April 30, 2026. Interested vendors must initiate the "Prepare Your Submission" process to access the complete bid table containing project details and vendor response fields. While the specific evaluation criteria are not detailed in the provided summary documents, all bids must comply with DART's standard purchase order terms and conditions, which emphasize timely delivery, proper invoicing procedures, and adherence to shipping requirements. The procurement requires FOB Destination shipping terms with all freight costs included in the overall bid price, and vendors must demonstrate their ability to meet specified delivery schedules, as failure to do so constitutes grounds for rejection and default termination.
The opportunity documents do not specify set-aside designations, disadvantaged business enterprise (DBE) restrictions, or preferences for particular vendor classifications. No incumbent vendors or current contractors are identified in the available documentation. DART's payment terms are Net 30 from invoice receipt or order receipt, whichever is later, with invoices submitted in triplicate to APInvoices@dart.org. All procurement activities are governed by Texas law with venue in Dallas County. The specific contract award value or budget range is not disclosed in the provided materials, and vendors are advised to review the complete Purchase Order Terms and Conditions PDF and bid table details for comprehensive contracting requirements, delivery schedules, and technical specifications prior to submission.
