All work must comply with OSHA standards, Maryland Department of Labor regulations, and applicable federal, state, and local law. The contractor guarantees all work for one year following final payment.

An optional site tour is scheduled for September 16, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. Questions are due September 24, 2026 by 2:00 p.m. The County will make award to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder and reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or cancel the invitation.
