Liquidated damages are set at $1,000 per calendar day for delays beyond the 365-day completion timeline. Bid security of 5 percent of the maximum possible bid price is required in the form of a bid bond, certified check, or letter of credit. Upon award, performance security and labor and material payment security each equal to 100 percent of the contract sum are required. Unit pricing is required for all bid items.
