All pricing must be presented as firm unit prices on a lump-sum basis and include complete installation, freight, and all associated costs with no additional charges permitted. Award will be made to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. Bids must remain valid for 30 days following submission. Contractors with average employment exceeding 50 employees over the previous 12 months and contract values exceeding $50,000 must register and participate in E-Verify.
