FY17-HA0-DPR- english tutorial instructor

The District of Columbia's Department of Parks and Recreation (DPR) is seeking an English Tutorial Instructor for fiscal year 2017, as indicated by the contract opportunity with ID 66c85a50829eb5d869072692. This procurement appears to be focused on securing an educational services provider to deliver English language tutorial services, likely for specific community or educational programs within the district. The contract was initially posted on November 17, 2016, with a tight response window closing on November 21, 2016. While specific details about the exact deliverables are limited in the provided information, the opportunity suggests the need for a qualified instructor capable of providing comprehensive English language instruction. The brief posting implies that potential contractors should be prepared to demonstrate expertise in English language education, with likely requirements for appropriate credentials, teaching experience, and the ability to develop and implement effective tutorial curricula.

The contract opportunity does not explicitly outline set-aside designations or specific restrictions on responding organizations. Without more comprehensive information, it is not possible to definitively state whether this opportunity is reserved for disadvantaged enterprises or has specific vendor qualifications beyond the tutorial instructor role. The posting lacks clear indications of budget ranges, potential award values, or incumbent vendors. The abbreviated nature of the contract description prevents a more detailed analysis of potential integration requirements or existing technological infrastructure. Interested parties would need to obtain additional documentation from the District of Columbia's procurement office to fully understand the scope, requirements, and potential constraints of this English Tutorial Instructor contract.
