FY - DCPIC - Safety Vest

The District of Columbia is soliciting a procurement opportunity for safety vests, identified by contract number FY - DCPIC - Safety Vest, with a brief acquisition window between November 14, 2016, and November 17, 2016. This procurement appears to be a targeted purchase for protective equipment, likely for municipal workers, emergency personnel, or public safety departments. The specific contract opportunity suggests a focused procurement of safety vests, with a compressed timeline for vendor submission and potential award. The contract identifies a unique State Local Contract Opportunity ID of 66c85a56829eb5d8690726c8, which indicates a structured procurement process. While detailed specifications are not provided in the available information, the brevity of the posting suggests this is a relatively straightforward acquisition of standard safety equipment.

Given the limited information provided, specific details about set-aside designations, vendor restrictions, or incumbent contractors cannot be definitively confirmed. The contract appears to be a standard municipal procurement without explicit indications of small business set-asides or disadvantaged enterprise requirements. No precise budget range or award value is specified in the available documentation. The compressed timeline between posting and due dates implies an urgent or time-sensitive procurement need for the safety vests. Potential vendors would need to carefully review any supplemental documentation to understand full qualification requirements, technical specifications, and submission protocols for this District of Columbia procurement opportunity.
