Booths must feature cold-rolled steel framing with perforated sheet metal, acoustic lining with minimum 5/8-inch plywood core achieving Sound Transmission Class rating of 35 dB, ANSI/SDI-compliant doors with 15/32-inch polycarbonate glazing, stainless steel tamperproof hardware, seismic restraint systems, leveling casters rated for 800-pound minimum load, rubber flooring rated for 40 pounds per square foot, 12-inch stainless steel stool, exhaust fans with minimum 55 CFM capacity, recessed LED lighting with security-type polycarbonate lenses, dual CAT 6 Ethernet outlets in metallic conduit, and 120V 15A power receptacle. Three acceptable manufacturers are named as basis of design: PoPS (Pillar of Public Safety) in Chicago, Cubicall in North Las Vegas, and SpaceWorx in Laurel, Maryland; alternative manufacturers may be proposed subject to substitution procedures.

The contract includes 10-year minimum warranty on steel structures and one-year minimum warranty on all other components. All materials must be newly manufactured, latest model in current production. Deliveries must occur within three business days of request during 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. The State reserves the right to increase the purchase order by up to 20% with written approval prior to final delivery. Pricing uses F.O.B. Destination terms and bids are evaluated on an "All or None" basis.
