Bidders must submit a complete materials list with quantity, brand, and model information by September 10, 2026. All roofing materials must meet FM Global standards and carry a manufacturer's standard ten-year full system warranty with no dollar limit, non-prorated, covering labor and material. Technical assistance, on-site inspection, testing, and manufacturer's representative certification of Correctional Construction Mentorship staff are required. Delivery must occur within three business days of the Construction Supervisor's written request, F.O.B. Destination to Calipatria State Prison.

Gate clearance information is due August 12, 2026. Written questions are due August 31, 2026 at 5:00 p.m. Security clearances are required for all personnel accessing the facility.
