The purpose of this ITB is to obtain competitive bids for the purchase and installation of the lift. The successful bidder must provide and install the four-post lift, rolling jacks, and any associated auxiliary equipment. Delivery must be made within 30 calendar days or less upon receipt of a purchase order. After delivery, the vendor shall provide an in-person demonstration and training session on the safe operation and maintenance of the equipment. Bids are due on or before February 5, 2024 at 9:00 AM, with a public bid opening scheduled for that same day at 10:00 AM. The lift must be rated at a minimum of 40,000 pounds and meet other technical specifications outlined in the ITB. Bidders offering an alternate brand of equipment must submit complete specifications and descriptive literature with their bid. A warranty of at least 90 days is required on all items.

All bidders must be registered in the State of Florida's MyFloridaMarketplace system prior to the bid opening. The ITB also includes provisions related to nondiscrimination, compliance with the Inspector General, and scrutinized companies lists. There are no set-aside designations or restrictions on the types of organizations that can respond, and the Department has not identified any incumbent vendors or current contractors for this procurement.
