About this opportunity
The Dallas Area Rapid Transit Authority (DART) is soliciting bids for Form DART Repairable Tag 4-PT in packages of 50 units under procurement number 2098459. This is a purchase order opportunity for tangible goods with a deadline of April 1, 2026, and a posting date of March 25, 2026. Prospective vendors must register in the BONFIRE system to access complete project details and the bid table. The primary deliverable is the supply of repairable tags in the specified 4-point configuration, packaged in units of 50. All bids must include FOB Destination shipping terms with freight costs incorporated into the quoted price, as DART does not accept FOB Origin or alternative freight arrangements. Successful vendors must demonstrate the ability to meet strict delivery schedules and timelines, as failure to deliver at specified rates constitutes grounds for rejection and default termination. The buyer has established Net 30 payment terms, with invoices submitted in triplicate to APInvoices@dart.org and payment occurring 30 days from invoice receipt or order receipt, whichever is later. Vendors must provide commercial warranty coverage, maintain equal employment opportunity practices, certify non-involvement with terrorist organizations, and verify non-boycott compliance with Israel.
The procurement documents do not specify set-aside designations for disadvantaged enterprises, small businesses, or other restricted categories, nor is information provided regarding incumbent vendors or current contractors. No existing infrastructure or technology integration requirements are detailed in the available solicitation materials. The budget range or anticipated award value is not disclosed in the posted opportunity. All purchase orders are subject to DART's comprehensive Terms and Conditions, which are governed by Texas law with venue in Dallas County. Interested vendors should thoroughly review the Purchase Order Terms and Conditions PDF available in the supporting documentation section and complete the "Prepare Your Submission" process in BONFIRE to access the complete bid table and project specifications.
