The procurement opportunity is specifically targeted to contractors capable of executing a comprehensive solar energy system installation for a federally recognized Indian Tribe located in Forest County, Wisconsin. While no specific set-aside designations were explicitly mentioned, the project is being conducted by the Forest County Potawatomi Community, a tribal entity. All submitted proposals will become the permanent property of FCPC upon submission, indicating a comprehensive review process. The RFP suggests the project is funded through grant mechanisms, which typically implies potential compliance with specific grant terms and conditions. Although a precise budget range was not specified, the 200 kW solar installation suggests a significant infrastructure investment typical of commercial-scale renewable energy projects. The procurement appears focused on selecting a contractor with demonstrated expertise in solar photovoltaic system design, engineering, and installation, with an emphasis on technical performance and system efficiency.
