About this opportunity
The State of Maine is requesting bids on a Fluke TI 25 Thermal Camera, with bids due April 7, 2011. This is a single-source specification requiring the exact Fluke model identified.
The camera is a portable thermal imaging system with a temperature measurement range of -20°C to +350°C (accuracy ±2°C or ±2 percent, whichever is greater) and dual imaging: a 160 x 120 uncooled microbolometer detector for thermal imaging and a 640 x 480 visual camera at 9 Hz refresh rate with 2.5 mRad spatial resolution. The system delivers infrared-visual fusion imaging with picture-in-picture capability, manual or automatic level and span adjustment (minimum 2.5°C span in manual mode), multiple display palettes, and a 9.1-centimeter color LCD display. Onboard data storage via SD memory card accommodates at least 1,200 fully radiometric images with 60-second voice annotations or 3,000 basic bitmap images. The unit operates across -10°C to +50°C, weighs 1.2 kilograms, and measures 0.27 x 0.13 x 0.15 meters. It features an internal rechargeable battery pack (three to four hours continuous operation), AC charging capability (110–220 Vac), SmartView analysis software, CE Directive and FCC compliance, and IP54 enclosure rating. A standard two-year warranty is included.
Awards are made to the lowest responsible bidder offering best value. Bids must be submitted electronically by the closing date, with late submissions rejected. Bidders must include all trade and quantity discounts; cash discounts of 20 days or longer are considered in determining the lowest bidder. All transportation, freight, and delivery costs must be prepaid unless otherwise specified. The State of Maine is exempt from Federal and State sales and use taxes and should be quoted accordingly. Delivery time must be stated in definite terms. The State reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to increase or decrease quantities by up to 10 percent.
