The scope encompasses field service repair kits, valve sub-assemblies, plungers, priming pumps, relief valves, O-ring repair kits, pump packing kits, strainers, gearbox components, gauges, transducers, check valves, mounting brackets, and hardware from manufacturers including Akron, Hale, Class 1, FoamPro, PAC, Ziamatic, Waterous, Elkhart, and Red Head. No brand substitutions are permitted where brand names are specified. This is a requirements-based contract with no fixed quantities; actual orders will vary based on Fleet Management's operational needs. Bidders must submit pricing for each line item in Attachment A and identify freight, shipping, and fuel surcharges separately.

The contract term runs three years from September 21, 2026 through September 21, 2029. Delivery of parts is required within 24–48 hours after receipt of purchase order, FOB County's place of delivery. Payment terms are Net 60 on an F.O.B. destination basis, excluding California sales/use tax and Federal excise tax. Bidders must be registered in the SAM database and the California Secretary of State if applicable. Bids may be submitted electronically through San Bernardino County's ePro system or in hard copy to 777 East Rialto Avenue, San Bernardino, California 92415. Protests of bid awards must be filed in writing within ten calendar days of Notice of Intent to Award.
