The RFQ does not reference any set-aside designations, restrictions on respondent types, disadvantaged enterprise provisions, or incumbent vendors. No existing infrastructure or technology integration requirements are specified in the solicitation. The State of Maine is tax-exempt and expects quotations to be submitted without tax inclusion. The State intends to issue one award and reserves the right to make no award, as well as the right to negotiate with the selected bidder and to recognize and waive minor informalities in submissions at its sole discretion. While no specific budget range or award value is stated in the procurement documents, the all-inclusive pricing structure for both equipment units and services will determine the final contract award amount upon evaluation and selection of the best-value quotation.
