About this opportunity
Dallas Area Rapid Transit Authority (DART) is seeking a procurement for a specific filter, regulator, and lubricator assembly with a cutout, identified by the solicitation number 2097329. The procurement is focused on a specific technical component, likely for transit system maintenance or equipment replacement, located within Dallas County, Texas. Bonfire registration is required to access full bid details, with interested vendors needing to initiate the "Prepare Your Submission" process to view complete project specifications. The solicitation requires all bids to reflect FOB Destination shipping terms, with freight costs integrated into the overall pricing. Submissions are due by January 9, 2026, with a posted date of December 31, 2025. DART has established strict delivery expectations, emphasizing that time and rate of deliveries are essential, and failure to meet specified delivery parameters could result in order rejection or default termination. Vendors must adhere to specific invoice submission requirements, including providing triplicate documentation with detailed line-item information sent to APInvoices@dart.org.
While specific set-aside designations are not explicitly detailed in the provided documentation, DART's standard procurement practices typically align with local and state guidelines for competitive bidding. Payment terms are consistently Net 30, with invoices processed 30 days from receipt or order completion. The purchase order terms and conditions document includes provisions for equal opportunity employment and compliance with Texas state regulations. The solicitation does not specify a precise award value or budget range for the filter, regulator, and lubricator assembly. Vendors must comply with various certifications, including regulations concerning foreign terrorist organizations and Israel boycott prohibitions. The Contracting Officer retains significant discretion in order management, including the ability to make written changes with potential equitable adjustments for cost or delivery schedule impacts. Interested vendors should carefully review the complete Purchase Order Terms and Conditions document, which provides comprehensive guidelines for participation in this procurement opportunity.
