About this opportunity

The Dallas Area Rapid Transit Authority (DART) in Dallas County, Texas is seeking bids for the procurement of filters, oil, and air compressor supplies under Purchase Order 2098245. The solicitation requires vendors to submit bids reflecting FOB Destination shipping terms with all freight costs included in the overall price; DART does not accept FOB Origin or Prepay and Add terms. Delivery is a critical requirement, with time and rate of deliveries constituting essential contract terms, and seller failure to meet specified delivery schedules will result in rejection and potential default termination. All invoices must be submitted in triplicate to APInvoices@dart.org and include the purchase order number, item number, product description, sizes, quantities, unit prices, and extended totals. The bid submission deadline is March 18, 2026, with registration in the BONFIRE system required to access bid details and the response table. Prospective vendors must review the complete Purchase Order Terms and Conditions document available in the Supporting Documentation section to understand all contractual obligations and requirements.

Payment will be made on a Net 30 basis, calculated as 30 days from receipt of invoice or 30 days from receipt of the order, whichever is later, unless alternative terms are established in writing. All supplied materials must meet merchantable quality standards and be suitable for their intended use, with full compliance required to all product descriptions and specifications referenced in the purchase order. Vendors must also satisfy equal opportunity employment provisions and provide certifications regarding non-association with foreign terrorist organizations and non-participation in Israel boycotts. The contract is governed by Texas law with venue in Dallas County. While the solicitation does not specify set-aside designations, disadvantaged enterprise participation is welcome, and vendors should review the complete terms and conditions for any specific socioeconomic or certification requirements. No award value or budget range has been disclosed in the available solicitation materials.
