About this opportunity

The Dallas Area Rapid Transit Authority (DART) is soliciting bids for HVAC mixed air filters under Purchase Order Number 2098399. This procurement is open to qualified vendors capable of supplying filters meeting DART's specifications and performance requirements. The goods must comply with all drawings, specifications, and technical requirements as verified through seller-conducted inspections and tests. Delivery is critical to this procurement, with delivery time and rate deemed essential to the order; failure to meet specified delivery schedules constitutes grounds for rejection and default termination. All bids and quotes must reflect FOB Destination shipping terms with freight costs included in the overall price, as DART does not accept FOB Origin or Prepay and Add arrangements. The bid due date is March 26, 2026, with the solicitation posted on March 19, 2026. Vendors must register in the Bonfire platform to access complete project details, the BidTable, and vendor response fields through the "Prepare Your Submission" process.

The procurement is subject to standard Dallas Area Rapid Transit Authority Terms and Conditions, which require invoices to be submitted in triplicate to APInvoices@dart.org with payment issued under Net 30 terms (30 days from receipt of invoice or order, whichever is later). All supplies must be of merchantable quality, suitable for intended purpose, and covered by the most favorable commercial warranties provided to any customer. Vendors must comply with equal employment opportunity requirements and provide certifications regarding foreign terrorist organizations and Israel boycott restrictions. The complete Purchase Order Terms and Conditions PDF, available in the Supporting Documentation section, governs all aspects of performance, inspection, acceptance, changes, disputes resolution, and termination rights. No specific award value or budget range was disclosed in the available solicitation materials, nor were any incumbent vendors, set-aside designations, or disadvantaged enterprise restrictions identified in the posted information.
