About this opportunity

The procurement encompasses services within Marion County and the cities of Salem. The selected contractor will be responsible for conducting a landscape assessment, developing a family engagement plan, establishing a process for measuring engagement, and implementing trainings and family supports. Key deliverables include ensuring diverse family voices are included and centered in all decision-making. Proposals will be evaluated on technical approach, system expertise, outreach and relationship building, family engagement, and training and support, with price accounting for 15 points of the 115 total. Proposals are due by 3:00 PM on April 19, 2024.
The solicitation encourages participation from certified small businesses, including minority-owned, woman-owned, service-disabled veteran-owned, and emerging small businesses. Proposers must complete a Certified Disadvantaged Business Outreach Plan, though this information will not be scored. The contract term is anticipated to begin upon execution and run through June 30, 2025, with a total budget not to exceed $100,000.
