About this opportunity
The City of Philadelphia is soliciting quotes for external hard drives under a micro purchase with quotes due October 27, 2026. Bidders must quote all items to be eligible for award; the contract will be awarded as a whole or by line item to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.
The total contract value may not exceed $43,000, adjusted annually by the Consumer Price Index for All Urban Consumers (CPI-U) from January 1, 2020 and rounded to the nearest thousand dollars. The contract term is 365 days from the effective date, commencing upon issuance of a purchase order. Products must be delivered FOB Destination Point at quoted prices net and exclusive of taxes.
All quotes must be submitted electronically through PHLContracts, the City's eProcurement platform. Vendors must have an executed Consent and Authorization Agreement on file in their vendor profile prior to bid closing; the agreement may be submitted at registration or attached to the first bid submission and remains valid for all subsequent quotes. The LGBTQ Applicant Data Form is optional; the form collects voluntary diversity data on LGBTQ ownership and LGBTBE certification through the National LGBT Chamber of Commerce via the Independence Business Alliance in Philadelphia, and any additional third-party certifications such as MBE, WBE, DSBE, or DBE designations.
The seller must maintain workers' compensation insurance at statutory limits and general liability insurance with minimum limits of $500,000 per occurrence. The seller must comply with all applicable laws, ethics requirements, and nondiscrimination provisions, and must not be indebted to the City for delinquent taxes or other obligations without an established payment plan. No deliveries or services shall commence until official notification is received from the department. Payment is contingent upon delivery, City approval, and submission of invoices with supporting documentation, processed through electronic deposit.
