This project will remediate soils contaminated with arsenic from the former Asarco Smelter at 26 single-family residential properties in north Everett, Washington. The scope of work includes implementing temporary construction controls, selective demolition, soil excavation and disposal, importing clean fill, property restoration, and landscaping. The project has an estimated cost range of $3,000,000 to $3,700,000 and allows 240 calendar days for Substantial Completion and an additional 60 days for Final Completion. Bids are due by 3:00 PM on November 7, 2024, with a voluntary pre-bid meeting scheduled for September 10, 2024. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.
