About this opportunity
The Northwest Florida Water Management District is seeking to renew its annual ESRI Enterprise Advantage Program (EEAP) License and Support agreement with Environmental Systems Research Institute, Inc. for a one-year term. The EEAP agreement provides the District with enterprise-wide visioning, geospatial enablement, technical advisory, annual planning, a technical work plan, and access to ESRI consulting, premium support, and training services. The estimated dollar value of the contract is $67,650.00. The justification for a single-source acquisition is that ESRI is the copyright owner of ArcGIS and the only authorized agent to provide licenses and support for this technology. Prospective vendors are requested to provide information on their ability to supply the required commodities or services. If it is determined that the services are only available from a single source, the agency will provide public notice of the intended single-source decision as required by Florida Statutes.
The contract opportunity is open to all interested parties, as there are no set-aside designations or restrictions on the types of organizations that can respond. The current incumbent vendor is Environmental Systems Research Institute, Inc., and the District's existing ArcGIS infrastructure and technology would require integration with the new EEAP services. The total budget for the one-year contract period is $67,650.00.
