About this opportunity

The Northwest Florida Water Management District intends to renew its annual ESRI Enterprise Advantage Program (EEAP) License and Support agreement with Environmental Systems Research Institute, Inc. (ESRI) for one year. The EEAP program provides enterprise-wide visioning and geospatial enablement through technical advisory, an annual planning meeting, a collaboratively developed technical work plan, and access to exclusive quarterly technology webcasts. The agreement also includes a combination of ESRI consulting, premium support, and training services. The estimated dollar amount for this single-source purchase is $74,300.00. ESRI is the copyright owner of ArcGIS and the only authorized agent to provide licenses and support for this technology, justifying the single-source acquisition. The District will provide notice of its intended decision to enter this single-source contract as required by Florida Statutes. The contract opportunity has a posted date of August 28, 2024 and a due date of September 18, 2024.

This contract opportunity is limited to ESRI as the sole source provider of the required goods and services. There are no set-aside designations or restrictions on the types of organizations that can respond. The incumbent vendor is ESRI, as they are the copyright owner of the required ArcGIS technology. The budget range for this single-source contract is $74,300.00.
