About this opportunity

The Dallas Area Rapid Transit Authority (DART) is procuring epoxy white patch in a two-part formulation through this purchase order opportunity (Reference Number 2097843) posted on February 3, 2026, with a submission deadline of February 10, 2026. This procurement falls under Dallas County, Texas jurisdiction. The specific deliverable is a white epoxy patch product in two-part composition, though detailed specifications and quantities are accessible through DART's Bonfire registration system and BidTable interface, which bidders must access to view complete project details and submit vendor responses. Bidders must ensure all bids reflect FOB Destination shipping terms with freight costs included in the overall price, as DART does not accept FOB Origin or Prepay and Add arrangements. Delivery timelines and rates are essential contract elements, with seller failure to meet specified delivery schedules constituting grounds for rejection and default termination. Invoicing must follow DART's Net 30 payment terms, with invoices submitted in triplicate to APInvoices@dart.org containing purchase order numbers, item descriptions, sizes, quantities, unit prices, and extended totals. No specific evaluation criteria beyond delivery performance and pricing compliance are detailed in the available documentation.

The procurement documents do not indicate any specific set-aside designations or restrictions limiting responses to disadvantaged enterprises or particular organizational types. However, all sellers must comply with equal employment opportunity commitments, certify non-engagement with designated Foreign Terrorist Organizations, and verify that neither they nor affiliated entities boycott Israel, as required under DART's Purchase Order Terms and Conditions. No incumbent vendors, current contractors, or existing infrastructure requiring integration are identified in the available procurement materials. The contract value or budget range for this epoxy patch procurement is not disclosed in the posted opportunity information. Interested vendors must register with DART's Bonfire procurement system to access the complete BidTable, project specifications, and submission requirements necessary to prepare compliant bids for this opportunity.
