About this opportunity
This is a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) issued by Texas State Technical College (TSTC) for engineering and technical services on a per-project basis. The RFQ covers TSTC's ten campuses, two future campuses, and off-site locations across the state of Texas, with a focus on the jurisdictions of McLennan County and the City of Waco. TSTC is seeking to award multiple Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts to firms that can provide the best value for engineering and technical services. The contract will be for an initial two-year term with an option to renew for three additional one-year periods. Suppliers must submit their qualifications by October 17, 2023, through TSTC's Rsolution system. TSTC reserves the right to accept the bid that is in its best interest and to award the contract in whole, in part, or not at all.
TSTC is not requiring a HUB Subcontracting Plan at this time, but one will be required if a project exceeds $100,000. Suppliers are not required to meet the State of Texas HUB goals, but TSTC requires a good faith effort in achieving those goals. TSTC will shop for goods and services among the awarded suppliers from this RFQ and others that have purchasing cooperative or state contracts as needed. The contract amount is not specified in the available documentation.
