The procurement is open to professional engineering and architectural firms meeting the specified qualifications. Documentation must be maintained until at least December 31, 2031, indicating potential long-term record-keeping obligations. The contract includes standard government procurement provisions such as federal and state compliance requirements and equal employment opportunity guidelines. Though a specific budget range is not disclosed in the available documentation, the project is part of a blight elimination program targeting the stabilization of a specific commercial property in Gratiot County, Michigan. Interested contractors should carefully review the full RFP packet and prepare comprehensive proposals that demonstrate technical capability, relevant experience, and compliance with all specified requirements.
