Contractors must comply with the Dallas Regional Inclusive Vendor Enterprise (DRIVE) Policy adopted under City Council Resolution #25-1879, which requires subcontractors to perform under a Commercially Useful Function (CUF) using their own workforce, resources, and supervision, with pass-through arrangements prohibited. All contractors must maintain comprehensive insurance coverage prior to work commencement, including Workers' Compensation with minimum Employers Liability limits of $500,000 per occurrence, Business Automobile Liability with a combined single limit of $500,000 per occurrence, Commercial General Liability with $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 general aggregate, and Umbrella or Excess Liability with $2,000,000 per occurrence and annual aggregate, with the City named as additional insured. The City will pay invoices within thirty (30) days of receipt of correct invoicing, with the contract commencing upon City Council approval and execution for the firm thirty-six month term.
