Award will be made to the lowest and best responsible offeror based on experience and references (15 points), equipment quality and warranty (25 points), design layout and appeal (20 points), equipment diversity (20 points), and cost (20 points). Proposals must include three references from similar projects completed within the past three years, detailed design sheets with equipment pricing, schematic layouts with dimensions, border and drainage plans, base rock and concrete plans where applicable, equipment photos, construction specifications, safety standards documentation, warranty information, maintenance schedules, and delivery timelines. Work is expected to commence in late summer or early fall 2026. The City reserves the right to terminate with thirty days' notice and may award to multiple offerors.
