The programmed contract amount is $1 million. Bidders must be prequalified with ADOT and included on the project Plansholder List as a Prime contractor to submit a valid bid. Electronic bidding through the Bid Express platform is required. An electronic proposal guaranty equal to 10 percent of the bid amount is required, and the successful bidder must execute Performance and Payment Bonds each equal to 100 percent of the bid amount. All labor must be paid in accordance with Secretary of Labor minimum wage rates. Bidders must register in the Arizona Unified Transportation Registration and Certification System (AZ UTRACS) and submit a Bidders/Proposers List confirmation email to the Small Business and Workforce Development office no later than 4:00 p.m. on the fifth calendar day following bid opening.
