About this opportunity

The state and local contract opportunity is issued by the Dallas Area Rapid Transit Authority (DART) in Dallas County, Texas, for the procurement of DUSTER SPRAY 10 OZ, identified by the solicitation number 2096841. The procurement is structured as a purchase order with specific terms and conditions, requiring vendors to register on the Bonfire platform to access full bid details. The opportunity was posted on December 9, 2025, with proposals due by December 16, 2025. Key delivery requirements mandate FOB Destination shipping terms, with freight costs included in the overall bid price. Vendors must strictly adhere to DART's purchase order terms, including precise delivery timelines and comprehensive invoice submission guidelines. The solicitation emphasizes that time and delivery rates are essential, with potential rejection and default termination for non-compliance.

No specific set-aside designations or restrictions for disadvantaged enterprises were explicitly mentioned in the available documentation. The procurement does not indicate incumbent vendors or require integration with existing infrastructure. Payment terms are standardized at net 30 days, with invoices to be submitted electronically to APInvoices@dart.org and containing detailed information such as purchase order number, item descriptions, quantities, and pricing. The document highlights extensive legal requirements, including provisions for equal opportunity employment, certifications regarding foreign terrorist organizations, and compliance with Texas state law. While no specific budget range was provided, the solicitation suggests a standard procurement process for a specific quantity of duster spray products. Vendors must be prepared to meet rigorous documentation, delivery, and quality assurance standards as outlined in the purchase order terms and conditions.
