About this opportunity
Cameron Housing Authority in Missouri is requesting bids on the Drives & Sidewalk Restoration Program (Phase II) under IFB No. B26001, with bids due September 9, 2026 at 3:00 PM CT and a mandatory pre-bid conference and site walkthrough on August 12, 2026 at 3:00 PM CT at 902 Cedar Circle, Cameron, Missouri.
The scope covers repairs and replacement of drives and sidewalks at the Authority's 86-unit multi-family housing complex. All work must be completed within 90 calendar days of the Notice to Proceed. The project is funded through federally subsidized housing programs and is subject to Title 24 CFR requirements and Build America, Buy America Act compliance; contractors must comply with Davis-Bacon Federal Wage Rates for this construction contract exceeding $2,000.
Bidders must submit a firm-fixed fee through the eProcurement Marketplace with proposed pricing entered online and required documentation in tabbed format. Bid bonds of 5 percent are required for proposed fees greater than $50,000; successful bidders must provide performance and payment bonds totaling 100 percent of the contract price or alternative surety. The Authority will retain 10 percent on each payment, with progress payments made at 30-day intervals based on work completed. Contractors must obtain all required permits at their expense, maintain Workers Compensation and General Liability insurance with minimum $1 million coverage naming the Agency as additional insured, carry Automobile insurance with combined single limits of $1 million, maintain 24-hour security, provide temporary facilities including dumpsters, and submit weekly certified payrolls.
Award will be made on a low-bid basis contingent on bidder responsiveness and responsibility. Questions are due August 31, 2026 at 3:00 PM CT. The primary contact is Julie Ausmus, Executive Director, at (816) 632–2938 x2 or cameronha1@phamail.com.
