The successful Offeror will be required to provide a range of podiatry services, including examinations, consultations, treatments, and referring patients to specialists as needed. Minimum qualifications include a Doctor of Podiatry degree, a current Virginia license, board certification, and a DEA certificate. Proposals are due by June 11, 2024 at 2:00 p.m. EST/EDST, and will be evaluated based on the Offeror's ability to meet the Scope of Services, demonstrated clinical experience, professional certifications, and acceptance of the contract terms and conditions.

The Commonwealth has a goal that 42% of its purchases be made from small businesses, including women-owned and minority-owned businesses certified by the Department of Small Business and Supplier Diversity. Offerors are required to submit a Small Business Subcontracting Plan as part of their proposal.
