Contractors must complete a Workforce and Equal Pay Declaration Page, with certification requirements varying based on contract value thresholds. The project has specific requirements regarding workforce certificates, with exemptions potentially available for businesses employing fewer than 40 people. Contractors needing assistance with registration or response submission can contact the Contractor Assistance Help Desk at 651-201-8100, Option 1. The DNR reserves the right to contact references, review project information, and reject responses if contractors fail to meet qualification requirements or are deemed non-responsible. While a specific budget range is not explicitly stated, the project involves comprehensive brush mowing services across nearly 336 acres of wildlife management areas.
