No asbestos-containing materials are permitted on site, and vendors must implement invasive species prevention measures, including equipment cleaning prior to arrival. The contract term runs from Notice to Proceed through June 30, 2027, or until all obligations are satisfied, whichever occurs first.

Pricing must be submitted on a per-ton basis and include all costs such as labor, materials, equipment, tools, service, disposal fees, assessments, and all other necessary expenses. State sales taxes and other taxes (waste, environmental, county, city, and state assessments) are excluded from quoted rates. Payment will be made within 30 days of receipt of an undisputed invoice following service completion and acceptance by the Project Supervisor.

All responses must be submitted electronically through the SWIFT Supplier Portal; e-mail and faxed responses will not be accepted.
