Vendors must submit a completed Equipment Qualification Form detailing their machinery specifications, and they must be registered as either a bidder or supplier to participate in the procurement. No specific budget range is disclosed in the documents, but the contract will be awarded as a lump sum bid. Contractors will be responsible for ground protection and must repair any rutting or surface damage resulting from their work.
