Veteran-owned businesses may receive up to a 12% preference in scoring, which applies to the first $2,000,000 of the bid. The procurement is restricted to registered bidders or suppliers, with bids to be submitted in US Dollars only. While no specific incumbent vendors are mentioned, the solicitation includes provisions for potential multiple award scenarios, allowing the state to select one or more vendors based on what is most advantageous.
