About this opportunity
The Georgia State Financing and Investment Commission (GSFIC) is soliciting electronic bids on behalf of the Georgia Department of Natural Resources for the Ceylon WMA Shop and Office construction project. The procurement involves new construction of a shop and office facility, which includes comprehensive site work, concrete work, plumbing, and electrical services. Bids must be submitted electronically through the e-Builder Project Management system, with the solicitation posted on February 27, 2025, and a firm bid submission deadline of April 2, 2025. The project scope requires contractors to provide complete construction services for a new facility, with detailed specifications outlined in the attached Invitation to Bid document. Prospective bidders must carefully review the e-Builder Registration & Bid Submittal User Guide to ensure proper submission of their electronic bid package. The procurement appears to be a competitive sealed bid process targeting qualified construction contractors with experience in government facility development.
While specific set-aside designations are not explicitly detailed in the provided documents, the procurement seems open to qualified construction firms capable of meeting the technical and logistical requirements of the project. No incumbent vendor information or specific enterprise restrictions were identified in the available materials. The solicitation does not provide a specific budget range or award value for the Ceylon WMA Shop and Office project. Interested contractors will need to thoroughly review the attached documentation to understand the full scope of qualifications, technical requirements, and submission protocols. Potential bidders should pay close attention to the e-Builder system requirements and ensure they can meet all technical and administrative submission guidelines outlined in the procurement documents.
