About this opportunity
Dallas Area Rapid Transit Authority (DART) is seeking to procure a 19" touch multi-panel screen display, specifically the TP377B color TFT model, through a competitive procurement process. The contract opportunity, identified by requisition number 2094467, was posted on August 11, 2025, with responses due by August 15, 2025. Potential vendors must complete registration through the Bonfire platform to access full bid details and submit proposals. The procurement requires vendors to provide the specified display equipment with FOB Destination shipping terms, meaning freight costs must be included in the overall pricing. DART has established strict delivery expectations, noting that time and delivery rates are critical, and failure to meet specified delivery terms could result in order rejection or default termination. Vendors must submit invoices electronically to APInvoices@dart.org with comprehensive documentation including purchase order number, item details, quantities, unit prices, and extended totals.
While specific set-aside designations are not explicitly detailed in the provided documentation, vendors should be aware of DART's comprehensive terms and conditions, which include requirements for equal opportunity employment practices and non-discrimination commitments. The purchase order terms indicate that legal governance will be under Texas state law, with any potential legal actions to be adjudicated in Dallas County. Payment terms are standardized at Net 30, with invoices to be paid 30 days from receipt of invoice or order, whichever is later. Vendors must provide commercial warranties ensuring product merchantability and suitability for intended use. Though specific award values are not mentioned, vendors should be prepared to provide competitive pricing for the 19" touch multi-panel screen display. The procurement appears focused on obtaining high-quality technical display equipment that meets DART's specific operational requirements, with an emphasis on precise delivery, comprehensive documentation, and adherence to established procurement protocols.
