The Milwaukee County Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) Behavioral Health Services (BHS) is issuing this Expression of Interest (EOI) to seek information from community-based organizations who carry DHS 75 as licensure as an Opioid Treatment Provider (OTP) and may be interested in providing Mobile Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) services in the greater Milwaukee County area. BHS is in possession of a Mobile MAT van unit that has been specially outfitted to deliver low-barrier, community-based substance use treatment services for individuals who are living with an Opioid Use Disorder (OUD). BHS Leadership will use the information generated by this EOI to identify a potential partner to provide Mobile MAT Services utilizing this van. Entities that do not yet have licensure as an Opioid Treatment Provider may express interest, but must include a documented plan and timeline to become a licensed Opioid Treatment Provider as part of their proposal.
