As-needed services encompass weed management in planted and lawn areas, fertilization, fungus control, tree and shrub maintenance, and landscape enhancement activities. Specific maintenance requirements are detailed for months ranging from November 2025 through March 2026, including tasks such as litter removal, mulch replacement, plant inspection, pre-emergent herbicide application, and general landscape care.
