About this opportunity

The California Air Resources Board (CARB) is seeking to procure a Data Acquisition and Control System for a Heavy-Duty Chassis Dynamometer. Bidders must submit quotes by 5:00 PM PT on May 24, 2024, and CARB will award the contract within 5-10 working days. The resulting contract will be a Purchase Order, and the selected vendor must deliver the system within 45 working days after receipt of the order. CARB will evaluate bids on an "all or nothing" basis to determine the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.

The RFQ specifies that bidders must provide certifications for small business (SB), disabled veteran business enterprise (DVBE), and recycled content. CARB will also consider applicable preferences, including the Target Area Contract Preference Act (TACPA). The RFQ does not list any incumbent vendors or current contractors, nor does it provide any information about existing infrastructure or technology that requires integration. The RFQ also does not specify a budget range or award value.
